Prices are inclusive of:

Gas, Electricity, Welcome Grocery Pack including, Fresh Bread, Butter, Milk portions, Orange Juice, Jams, Tea, Fresh Coffee, Bottle of Wine. Luxury Toiletries, All Bed Linen, & Bath Robes (Adults) Fluffy White Bath Sheets, Hand Towels, Pool Towels & vat.

25% deposit is payable on booking the balance shall be payable 6 weeks before commencement of rental , for bookings made less than 6 weeks before commencement the total fee is payable.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation made by the client for whatever reason shall be in writing and addressed to Derbyshire Country Houses, Harthill Hall Bakewell Derbyshire DE45 1LH. On receipt of notice of cancellation Derbyshire Country Houses will seek to re-let the cottage for the period of the booking. If Derbyshire Country Houses succeeds in re-letting the cottage for the whole period it shall refund all monies paid less an administrative charge of £20+vat per booking. If we only succeed in re-letting the cottage for part of the period booked we shall refund an amount equal to the monies paid less (1) the rental for period which is not re-let and (2) an administrative charge of £20+vat. If we are unable to re-let the cottage at all then all monies paid by the client shall be forfeited. We strongly recommend clients to take out Cancellation Insurance.

On arrival you will be required to leave a security deposit of a cheque made payable to Derbyshire Country Houses for £200.
